Lavinia Plonka, MSME, GCFP, has been studying the relationship between emotions and expression for most of her life, initially in the theater as a mime and choreographer for 25 years. As a master teacher of the Feldenkrais Method® for over 30 years, Lavinia has delved deeply into the anatomy of emotions. She is also a Senior Instructor of the Emotional Body®, which offers a somatic approach to emotional expression.
